Join us for a 9 week viewing and discussion of the Lord of the Rings movies and the influences of Tolkien's deep Catholic faith on his work. Each week we will meet in the St. Elizabeth's Media Center, view 1 hour of the movie and then have an open discussion on the Christian themes of light and darkness, mercy and justice, fellowship, authority, repentance, free will and sacrifice that occur in the story.
All ages are welcome, but 14 years and younger must be accompanied by and adult. No registration is required, this is a free event and you don't have to attend all of the meetings.
