OLPH is looking for a full me hands-on Maintenance Assistant to work on all aspects of running and maintaining our buildings and grounds. The candidate should have a basic knowledge of mechanicals including plumbing, heating, electrical. The individual must have the skill to interact with in-house employees as well as outside services providers. Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and eligible to work in the US.
